Our LORD led our pastor, with the help of Somerset Bible Baptist Church (Pastor Bryan Miller) to organize some believers in May 2006 to start a church in Princeton NJ at the age of 50 in the Clarion hotel on Route 1. Then the LORD enabled us to charter a church with 35 members in November of 2006. Around that time, Mrs. Katherine Maund at age 92 gave the church two acres of property with a Cape Cod house in the heart of Princeton next to the Governor's Mansion to serve as a parsonage. After Mrs. Maund went to heaven, that property was sold for $680,000 and a parsonage was purchased for $280,000 in Pennington with the remainder serving as a down payment for our first church building on Whitehead Road in Lawrence. We started meeting at 680 Whitehead in September 2015.

Pastor grew up in a Catholic home and was exposed to the Gospel and got saved, of all places, at Columbia University. Mrs. JoJo got saved shortly thereafter. After marriage, they moved to Illinois (job transfer) and were grounded in 'the faith once delivered to the saints' in Jacksosnville, Ill. Under Pastor Lane Haddock. 3.5 years later, the LORD moved them back to New Jersey where they served 23 years under Pastor Miller at SBBC.

Pastor is super excited about the potential of our church to reach Mercer County and beyond with the pure Gospel of Jesus Christ. That excitement is totally based on the willingness and ability of the LORD to do His amazing work through unworthy sinners. We are so blessed!

Mrs. Joy maintains our important documents, records of membership, business meetings, and decisions. She also coordinates Special Music.

Mrs. Lauren runs an exciting Jr. Church program, helps run the nursery, and prepares the weekly bulletin and all the service slides.

Brother Dukens is our Head Usher coordinating greeting, seating, offerings and so much more to facilitate orderly meetings of God's people.
